For the canon-blind:
Rogue is a mutant. Skin-to-skin contact with her results in pain, potential loss of consciousness, possible coma and/or death, depending on her mood, the amount of contact, and the length of contact. The more upset she is, the more damage she does unintentionally. When she touches someone, she acquires their personality, current emotions, physical and mental abilities, memories, and powers. Physical abilities not related to powers are retained as muscle memory. Everything else fades into dormancy depending on how long the touch was and how much Rogue concentrates on keeping the power active. During a fight, for instance, she holds onto powers much longer than accidental touches during daily life because it's important to keep those powers. She technically sees every memory a person has every time she touches them, however it's a lifetime in a matter of minutes. Therefore, most of it speeds by. Only select scenes make an impression in her mind. The longer she holds onto someone, the more she sees clearly.
These powers are a pretty big deal, so there will not be any skin-to-skin contact between Rogue and another character without prior discussion with the other player.
For those who Rogue comes into contact with, I ask the following be filled out:
Abilities picked up: I'm more than happy to limit what Rogue picks up by player preference. Just list what she's leaning and whether it's physical or mental and whether you'd prefer she keep it (for physical) or not.
Powers: Same as above. No need to go into detail as long as we either discuss it or the powers are described in your app.
Memories: This is really, really important. I need a bullet point list of three "scenes" (probably no more than a couple minutes each) that Rogue would see. They could be mundane, they're likely to be traumatic or highly emotional, but I'll stick to whatever is listed here.
Reaction: This one's really important too. While the personalities Rogue takes go dormant in her mind, they're never gone unless removed by a telepath. When she takes too many, the personalities overwhelm her. I need to know what your character would do at being trapped and having a chance at freedom. Whether they'd try to control what was holding them in, try to destroy it, or, in the possible case of those who let her touch them, support her against the other personalities.

Marco
Powers: Phoenix! [COLORED BLUE w/ yellow streaks] Includes an automatic 3 transformations, human, phoenix, and hybrid. The feathers are blue, fiery BUT DO NOT BURN, and help regenerate wounds received, they cannot affect other people except to sparkle on them and feel vaguely soothing / emotionally heartwarming to others. AS A PHOENIX, he can fly (^ might require some acquired skills/practice), carry people with concentration, absorb bullets, fire, ice, radiation, or pretty much any kind of weapon -- but he can't speak human without severe modification of mouth & vocal chords, and usually it's not worth the extra effort. In his hybrid mode, the arms are wings (Marco can not truly have both arms and wings at the same time unless he "fudges it" by using the flames to make an appearance of wings *more on that later*) and his feet switch to talons. The talons are VERY VERY large, and fully outstretched they are capable of holding a man's head, handling/stopping swords, and perching on any amount of railing. Rogue's own gymnastics and martial arts would come in useful for dealing with that, and most of Marco's attacks are based in his hybrid form which is denser and more capable of offense than pure phoenix.
*** Regarding the blue flames: Marco is highly specialized even for other people of his type of power in his world (zoans) and so he can actually go beyond the 3 forms that zoans are usually completely limited to. This means he can fluctuate his size, density, and more significantly conjure the blue flames even without transforming. However, this would require an extensive amount of skills borrowing, ++ emotional stability, as it took him several decades to get that kind of control, and he is unique in it. It could be done, but it would likely take more than one or two borrowing attempts.
Memories:
For practical purposes, it also shows off some of the devil fruit powers and coming from within Marco's head, a good inkling to how to do it.
Marco's resistance to haki & a goofy reminder that he's not always composed. But he is always loyal to the family and crew!
When all else fails -- MARINEFORD SPOILERS LIKE WHOA -- Ace was killed by Akainu, but Marco promised to protect Luffy above else because that was more important to Ace.
Reaction: Even though Marco has a caged bird mentality reflexively, he's above all else, extremely protective. Especially of nakama and friends. If anything, he'd find the whole thing vaguely amusing, and while he might try to suggest giving Rogue herself freedom to take to the skies, (and occasionally call for bits of total anarchy like a loon) he'd probably get aggressive against any other personalities and try to shield her from them or any external threats. If that meant taking control, he would, but he'd try to convince her she was still strong enough to be in control herself, and he would be there to help her if all else failed. Especially since in High Seas, he considers his role to be a shield for the crew. He is VERY showy though, so he would either use himself to distract external foes as needed, or internal ones, but he'd leave the choice to Rogue unless she was unable to make one -- in which case, he'd probably try to take over to stop someone else he doesn't know/doesn't trust and to buy her time.
